On 30 January 2020, the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of COVID-19 to be a Public Health Emergency of International Concern and issued a set of Temporary Recommendations. WHO did not recommend any travel or trade restriction based on the current information available. WHO is working closely with global experts, governments and partners to rapidly expand scientific knowledge on this new virus, to track the spread and virulence of the virus, and to provide advice to countries and the global community on measures to protect health and prevent the spread of this outbreak.

Our decision to cancel all tours and activities even before the lockdown of most countries shows that we are living up to our responsibility to put people first.
We are closely monitoring the situation and we are here to assist you with any of your questions or concerns.
We will continue to work closely with our partners and suppliers, to ensure our tour, activities and services respond to an evolving situation in a measured and responsible manner.
At the same time, We stand ready to support you as you plan for future trips.
In fact, these restrictions will be over in the next weeks allowing all our tours and activities to regularly operate for the upcoming summer season.
Our cancellation policy
We know that uncertainty surrounding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is making it difficult for many people to make travel plans right now. It’s stressful not knowing when this dramatic situation will be completely over and when it will be safe to travel again.
Effective immediately, you can receive a full refund on any tour you book then choose to cancel due to the Coronavirus. You can book your tour with confidence, knowing that if the global situation changes and you choose not to travel because of this force majeure situation, you will receive a full refund. This applies to every tour.
This new cancellation policy will be in place until the end of April, at which point we’ll re-assess the travel situation.
We really want your trip planning experience to be an exciting one, not one fraught with anxiety.
Many travelers are reporting that their other travel providers – be they airlines, cruise lines or hotels – just aren’t responding in a fair or sympathetic way to the current situation. We want to do better.

What can travelers do to protect themselves and others?
If you must travel:
- Avoid contact with sick people.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- It is especially important to clean hands after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose.
- Avoid traveling if you are sick.
If you spent time in the specified countries above in the last 14 days:
- Stay home, monitor your health, and practice social distancing for 14 days after you return from travel. Social distancing means staying out of crowded places, avoiding group gatherings, and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) from others when possible.
